The workshop will describe the vision and objectives of the IMII project (a project that has been carried out by the Americas), the challenges encountered in leading a data visualisation project within the federation environment and data protection policies on the GDPR project. We will also show the progress, deliverables of the project, the challenges ahead and ITIL as an IT methodology for IT service management.
