At the British Red Cross, the Family Reunion and Digital Transformation teams have been working together to transform the International Family Tracing process. We’ve developed, tested and piloted a new service pattern which uses online triage to improve and accelerate the process for service users, staff and volunteers. Initial findings suggest this could expedite over 2/3s of cases. This session will present an overview of the process, solution and learnings. We believe other national societies may be able to see similar improvements with the potential to leverage the insights and/or solution.
