For local “Humanitarians” it has typically been difficult to engage with the Australian Red Cross online. Multiple, disparate websites and portals focused on specific “Customer Types” presented a fractured experience for the online users, resulting in missed opportunities for The Australian Red Cross.
Our goal is to provide a digital experience platform that places control in the hands of our humanitarians, empowering them to choose how they interact with Australian Red Cross; through self-service tools, connecting them with deeper engagement opportunities and magnifying their impact on the communities and groups serviced. It is underpinned by a new
organisational model and a future-enabled technology stack.
This presentation will show how we aim to and have started achieving these goals for our local humanitarians.
