EN (Español más abajo): The button that gives peace of mind (technically teleassistance or telecare) is a service, which thanks to technology, helps people to be independent and live safely in their natural environment (be it at home or outside), bringing them security and tranquillity to their family or close ones.
Objectives: Present this technology, its modalities, and how it makes it possible for elder people but also for disabled people, sick people or others, to be able to continue their life knowing that, by pushing one button, there is always a person ready to help, accompany and alleviate loneliness.

This session may be interesting for people working with elder people, disabled people, vulnerable groups, public administrations, institutions or companies.

ES: El botón de la tranquilidad (técnicamente teleasistencia) es un servicio que gracias a la tecnología ayuda a las personas a ser independientes, permaneciendo en su entorno (ya sea en casa o en el exterior), aportando seguridad a quien lo usa y tranquilidad a familiares o personas cercanas.
Objetivos: Dar a conocer el servicio, sus modalidades y como gracias a la tecnología estamos haciendo posible que personas no solo mayores puedan continuar su vida sabiendo que en todo momento con solo pulsar un botón siempre hay alguien a su lado para ayudarle, acompañarle y mitigar su soledad.
