\nLes avance\u0301es technologiques comme l’intelligence artificielle (IA), la robotique, l’automatisation et <\/span>l’informatique quantique font annoncer aux observateurs l\u2019apparition d\u2019une \u00ab <\/span>quatrie\u0300me re\u0301volution\u00a0<\/span>industrielle \u00bb.\u00a0<\/span>Les pays du monde entier examinent les incidences que ces avance\u0301es pourraient avoir\u00a0<\/span>sur leur e\u0301conomie et leur main-<\/span>d’\u0153uvre. Toutes les re\u0301volutions qu’ont connues les modes de <\/span>production dans le passe\u0301 ont cre\u0301e\u0301 de nouveaux types d’emplois a\u0300 long terme tout en de\u0301plac\u0327ant\u00a0<\/span>d’innombrables emplois a\u0300 court terme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Si elle parvient a\u0300 maintenir le me\u0302me niveau d’automatisation que les pays occidentaux, la Chine, qui compte 1,36 milliard d’habitants, pourrait e\u0301ventuellement se retrouver avec plus de 600millions de personnes a\u0300 la recherche de nouveaux modes de travail et de vie. Contrairement aux mode\u0300les qui ont pre\u0301valu au XX<\/span>e <\/span>sie\u0300cle, on observe a\u0300 pre\u0301sent une chute du taux <\/span>d\u2019emploi par rapport a\u0300 la pop<\/span>ulation, et nombre des tendances technologiques sous-jacentes vont vraisemblablement passer rapidement de l’informatisation des processus de production a\u0300 la perturbation des emplois dans le secteur des services.
