How might robots help a humanitarian organisation?
The British RC has been running experiments with robotic process automation (RPA) technology to see how ‘digital workers’ might help to be more efficient and more human.
Can we delegate routine tasks to automation software and free ourselves up for creative problem solving or more time with our end users? Where might this lead? This is a chance to hear about the experiments and the plans to roll out automation technology in the BRC. I’ll also ask where it might lead us in the future…
