During this workshop, you will get a grounding in designing and facilitating virtual sessions that are participatory, interactive and will support learning and knowledge sharing. We will do a deep dive into adult learning and review research that led to a session format known as ADIDS (Activity, Discussion, Input, Deepening and Synthesis).

We will also cover best practices for facilitating virtual sessions and how to engage participants before and after your session. Participants will also be invited to contribute to a new “Virtual Event Handbook” that the Solferino Academy is compiling.
