In the context of the 2030 Strategy, the Red Crescent has ensured volunteer participation in all its processes and aims to encourage volunteering as an institution with systems that can efficiently use the active and qualified contributions of its volunteers. In addition to the management of the entire volunteering process, the system also includes features that will work as social media to spread the goodness of the volunteers. The volunteer management system – gonulluol.org also functions as a social platform, where volunteers can share their volunteer duties on their profiles. Volunteers will be able to receive the training they need with the LMS model over this system. With the gonulluol.org, all-volunteer activities within the Turkish Red Crescent will be carried out digitally. This session is aimed to share the story, processes and outputs of the volunteer management system of the Turkish Red Crescent.
