ES (EN below): Procesamiento del lenguaje natural para una mejor gestión, partiendo de datos no estructurados con el fin de clasificar, describir o descubrir información difícil de interpretar si no fuera por la aplicación de algoritmos de Machine learning. En Cruz Roja Española hemos utilizado el procesamiento del lenguaje natural a través de 2 experiencias piloto.
1.- Para la clasificación automática de quejas y sugerencias recibidas a través de la web de CRE
2.- Para conocer información relevante a la hora de enfocar los proyectos ejecutados por CRE sobre sensibilización y prevención de violencia de género.

EN: Natural language processing (NLP) to better manage the organization, starting from unstructured data in order to classify, describe or discover information that is difficult to interpret if it were not for the application of Machine learning algorithms. At the Spanish Red Cross we have used natural language processing through 2 pilot experiences:
1.- NLP for the automatic classification of information, complaints and suggestions received through the Spanish Red Cross website
2.- NLP to know relevant information to focus the projects implemented by the Spanish Red Cross on awareness and prevention of gender violence
