Data from 697 Australian NFP organisations shows that a rise in competence and capability of staff and volunteers flows on to the creation of social impact.

Through the use of digital verifiable credentials in the NFP sector we can not only encourage skills development and therefore greater impact, we can increase engagement and connection with the organisations’ vision and values.

Australian Red Cross is developing a digital verifiable credentialing tool called Traverse that is a social enterprise with the goal of giving back to the customers it serves in the sector.

Join this session to see a demo of Traverse and learn how a credentialing program can increase the impact of your organisation:
– Give your staff and volunteers a portable, complete, verifiable record of their skills and training
– Allow individuals responsible for deploying staff to have immediate visibility over the skills of their workforce and empower them to deploy confidently in a crisis
– Create a new marketing channel for your organisation through credentials being shared on social media.

Speaker: Amelia Crook

For: Organisations that deliver training, Learning and Development professionals, Volunteer Managers.
