Our emotions easily get affected during this COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, it’s important to foster our personal resilience and inner peace. As a YABC peer educator, I recorded video to demonstrate Qi Gong, an oriental exercise to cultivate the life force within us, to introduce this technique to our peers as a new method to manage emotions.

Let's YABC at home! Qi Gong Exercises – Episode 1

It's Friday, another week full of challenges comes to its end. Let's dedicate some time to ourselves, let's release all the tension accumulated, let's recenter, let's find positive energy for a smiling weekend. The YABC peer educator of Southeast Asia decided to help us taking care of ourselves – here the first of a series of Qi Gong exercises, the practice of "cultivating the life force", which helps us strengthening our personal resilience and operating from a state of inner peace. We are in this together, together we will make it through! Thanks to Chong Cheng Yang from Malaysian Red Crescent for this first episode!International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies
